All items purchased both in store or online are non-refundable for cash. Providing any item returned is in good/unused or unopened condition then it can be exchanged in store for other goods, or a credit note can be issued to the value of the returned goods.
Faulty or broken goods should be returned at the earliest opportunity and to the nearest Pet Cabin store where they can be inspected. Items found to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault will be exchanged or a full refund given. Any goods found to be damaged or broken that are not considered a manufacturing fault may be replaced or refunded at the discretion of the store manager.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept perishable or opened food packs for return. If you are returning pet food, then please ensure that it is unopened. Food goods may be replaced or a credit note issued at the discretion of the store manager.
