FRESH FREE RUN CHICKEN
Our gourmet chicken sausages contain 70% muscle meat and 10% organ meat using chickens from responsibly raised farms in the UK. The muscle meat, which consists of 69% deboned chicken and 1% chicken heart provides protein and essential amino acids.
CHICKEN ORGAN MEAT
Organ meats are highly palatable, containing natural sources of essential fat-soluble and water soluble vitamins. We use 7.5% chicken liver and 2.5% chicken lung to provide a natural well rounded source of nutrition.
CHICKPEAS AND PARSNIPS
With 6.5% chickpeas and 4% parsnips these two ingredients provide a great source of low fat fibre and slow release energy.
